Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Mix 1 Tbsp of ground flax with 2 Tbsp of water and let it sit for 3-5 minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except for the chocolate chips and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
