The frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix ground flaxseed and warm water in a small bowl and let it thicken for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla, and the flaxseed mixture.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Spread the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before frosting.
- To make the frosting, beat vegan cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then add vanilla and mix until combined.
