Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 10×15-inch baking pan.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until combined.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures until fully incorporated.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-35 minutes.
- Let the bars cool completely on a wire rack.
- Prepare the frosting by beating the cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and refrigerate to set before slicing.
