Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 15 by 10-inch jellyroll pan with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
- Melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly.
- Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract to the melted butter and whisk until combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bars to cool completely on a wire rack.
- For the frosting, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Spread the frosting over the cooled bars and cut into squares.
