Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, oil, pumpkin, and vanilla until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Spread the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 25-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- For the frosting, mix cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Whip the frosting until light and fluffy, then spread it over the cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
