Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

  • ½ cup roasted pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup agave nectar or honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine pumpkin, agave, and eggs in a food processor and pulse for 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and pulse for 1 minute until well combined.
  3. 3. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  4. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve plain or with whipped cream frosting.
