Instructions
- 1. Combine pumpkin, agave, and eggs in a food processor and pulse for 2 minutes.
- 2. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and pulse for 1 minute until well combined.
- 3. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
- 5. Serve plain or with whipped cream frosting.
