Instructions
- Steam or boil the cauliflower until fork tender.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Blend cooked cauliflower, sautéed garlic, almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine the cauliflower sauce with the pasta and heat through.
- Serve topped with additional seasoning, lemon juice, and parsley.
