Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except the chicken in a bowl until combined.
- Arrange chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
- Mix the sauce with the chicken ensuring it coats all pieces.
- Cover with plastic film and refrigerate overnight if possible.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the chicken for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Switch the oven to broil and brown the chicken for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve with additional sauce, garnished with green onions and chili if desired.
