Dutch Oven Bread

Instructions
- Combine the flour and seeds in a large bowl, making a well in the center.
- In a medium bowl, mix warm water, sugar, yeast, and salt until combined.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the well in the flour mixture.
- Stir until the dough begins to form.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 3 minutes until smooth.
- Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a lightly oiled bowl, covering it with plastic wrap and a cloth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 ½ to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Shape the dough again and place it seam-side down on parchment paper, brushing with water and adding more seeds on top.
- Make a small cut down the center of the loaf.
- Place the Dutch oven in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer the dough into the hot Dutch oven, cover with the lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
