Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a stand mixer, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, salt, and pumpkin spice seasoning until mixed.
- Set aside 1½ cups of the mixture for the topping, then add chopped pecans and cinnamon to that mixture and stir.
- In the stand mixer, add milk, pumpkin puree, egg, baking soda, and baking powder, mixing until smooth.
- Grease and flour a 13×9 glass pan, then pour in the cake batter.
- Spread the pecan topping evenly over the batter.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
