Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend peanut sauce ingredients until smooth and set aside.
- Tear tofu into pieces, blot dry, and toss with oil, salt, pepper, arrowroot, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread tofu on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Toss green beans with remaining oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- After 15 minutes, stir tofu and add green beans to the baking sheet, then bake for another 15 minutes.
- Broil for a minute if desired, then serve with rice, green onions, chili crisp, and peanut sauce.
