Instructions
- Peel the eggs and cut them into a rough dice.
- Combine the diced eggs with celery, Greek yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and dill in a mixing bowl.
- Stir the mixture to combine all ingredients well.
- Serve the egg salad on toasted bread with tomatoes and arugula, or enjoy atop greens.
