Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Boil broccoli in a pot of water for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender, then drain and place in a baking dish.
- Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet with butter until browned and cooked through.
- Add the cooked chicken to the baking dish with the broccoli.
- In the same skillet, melt more butter and add chicken broth, heavy cream, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then simmer until reduced by 1/4.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and broccoli, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
