Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and toast the walnuts until browned.
- Wash, stem, and chop the Swiss chard, then set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in oil until softened, then add Swiss chard until wilted.
- Mix in lemon zest, juice, salt, and pepper, then let cool.
- Butterfly the flank steak and rub with oil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Swiss chard mixture with feta, walnuts, and raisins.
- Spread the filling on the flank steak, roll it up, and tie with kitchen twine.
- Grill or bake the stuffed steak until cooked through, then let rest before slicing.
