Slow Cooker Tri-Tip Sandwiches

barbecue sauce
Instructions
- 1. Rub seasoning salt over the tri-tip.
- 2. Place tri-tip and water or broth in the slow cooker and cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
- 3. Once cooked, shred the meat in the slow cooker using two forks.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 5. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the rolls, then fill with shredded tri-tip and cheese.
- 6. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes until the bread is toasted and the cheese is bubbly.
- 7. Add BBQ sauce and serve.
