20-Minute Tri-Tip Sandwich

Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, garlic, capers, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
- Heat the sliced tri-tip in a skillet or on a grill.
- Add cheese slices to the tri-tip and cover until melted.
- Remove from heat and cook the onion in the skillet until softened.
- Split and toast the buns.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the rolls and top with arugula.
- Add the meat and cheese, then top with onion and tomato.
- Slice the sandwiches in half and serve.
