Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • ΒΌ cup maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium pot, heat the water and maple syrup, stirring until the syrup is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted.
  3. Blend the mixture in a Vitamix until smooth.
  4. Cool the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
  5. Transfer to an ice cream maker and follow the machine's instructions.
  6. Serve the sorbet.
