maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar

Instructions
- In a medium pot, heat the water and maple syrup, stirring until the syrup is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and mix in the chocolate chips, stirring until completely melted.
- Blend the mixture in a Vitamix until smooth.
- Cool the mixture in the freezer for 1 hour.
- Transfer to an ice cream maker and follow the machine's instructions.
- Serve the sorbet.
