Instructions
- Juice the grapefruit, lime, and orange in a large container, saving extra slices for garnish.
- Mix in muddled herbs if desired.
- Add the mezcal and stir in honey or agave, adjusting to taste.
- Moisten the rim of each glass with lime and dip in coarse salt if desired.
- Add crushed ice to the glasses if using.
- Pour the mezcal citrus juice blend evenly into the glasses.
- Top each glass with kombucha and add sparkling water if desired.
