Ingredients

The Dough

The Filling

  • cup Vegan Butter
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon

The Frosting

  • 4 ounces Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
  • 4 tablespoons Vegan Butter
  • cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Heat non-dairy milk until lukewarm and combine with yeast and sugar, letting it sit until bubbly.
  2. Add melted vegan butter and salt, then gradually mix in bread flour until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes until soft and not sticky, adding more flour if necessary.
  4. Coat a bowl with oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with softened butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly, slice into pinwheels, and place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover and let the rolls rise for another 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, covering with foil if they brown too quickly.
  9. Prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, vegan butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  10. Allow the rolls to cool before frosting them and serve.
