Instructions
- Heat non-dairy milk until lukewarm and combine with yeast and sugar, letting it sit until bubbly.
- Add melted vegan butter and salt, then gradually mix in bread flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 4-5 minutes until soft and not sticky, adding more flour if necessary.
- Coat a bowl with oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread with softened butter, and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly, slice into pinwheels, and place in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let the rolls rise for another 20 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, covering with foil if they brown too quickly.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, vegan butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Allow the rolls to cool before frosting them and serve.
