Instructions
- Slice the Flatout flatbread in half at the seam to create two rounds.
- Spread a tablespoon of hummus onto each half.
- Place two spinach leaves on top of each flatbread half.
- In a small dish, mix together the diced tomatoes, olives, Feta, and basil.
- Spoon the mixture evenly over each flatbread half.
