Ingredients

The flatbreads

  • 1 piece Flatout Foldit flatbread

The toppings

  • 2 tablespoons hummus
  • 4 leaves baby spinach
  • 4 pieces grape tomatoes, diced
  • 4 pieces pitted kalamata olives, diced
  • 1 oz crumbled Feta cheese
  • 2 leaves basil, minced or slivered

Instructions

  1. Slice the Flatout flatbread in half at the seam to create two rounds.
  2. Spread a tablespoon of hummus onto each half.
  3. Place two spinach leaves on top of each flatbread half.
  4. In a small dish, mix together the diced tomatoes, olives, Feta, and basil.
  5. Spoon the mixture evenly over each flatbread half.
