Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Lay the flatbread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 4-5 minutes, or use a toaster.
- Chop all the vegetables and mix them in a bowl with olive oil and vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Spread hummus over the flatbreads and top with the salad mix.
- Add crumbled feta cheese on top and enjoy.
