Ingredients

The wrap

  • 1 piece Flatout Light Original Flatbread
  • 1 leaf green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • ½ oz thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 tablespoons shredded red cabbage
  • ¼ cup clover or radish sprouts

The filling

  • 2 oz cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons hummus

Instructions

  1. Mix the chicken with the hummus in a bowl until the chicken is coated.
  2. Lay the flatbread on a clean surface and place the lettuce in a row along the flatbread.
  3. Add the tomato slices, carrots, cabbage, and sprouts on top of the lettuce.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture over the vegetables.
  5. Fold in the ends of the flatbread and roll it up tightly.
  6. Cut the wrap in half and serve.
