The filling

cooked boneless skinless chicken breast

hummus
Instructions
- Mix the chicken with the hummus in a bowl until the chicken is coated.
- Lay the flatbread on a clean surface and place the lettuce in a row along the flatbread.
- Add the tomato slices, carrots, cabbage, and sprouts on top of the lettuce.
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the vegetables.
- Fold in the ends of the flatbread and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve.
