ripe tomatoes (3 medium sized)

Instructions
- Mix the beef with chopped onions, parsley, coriander, and salt in a bowl and marinate for 2 to 8 hours.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers and grill to your liking.
- For the salad, preheat the grill and roast the green peppers, tomatoes, and optional chilli until charred and tender.
- Allow the grilled vegetables to cool, then peel and chop them.
- Combine the chopped vegetables with olive oil and salt in a bowl and serve with bread.
