The Kabobs

The Marinade

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

Italian seasoning

Instructions
- 1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2. Pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag and add the beef cubes. Seal and marinate for at least 5 minutes.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into equal-sized cubes and thread them onto metal skewers, alternating with beef chunks.
- 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the kabobs for 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
- 5. Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
