Ingredients

The Kabobs

  • pounds sirloin steak, cubed
  • 3 large bell peppers
  • 1 large red onion

The Marinade

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • tablespoons olive oil
  • tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. 2. Pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag and add the beef cubes. Seal and marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Cut the vegetables into equal-sized cubes and thread them onto metal skewers, alternating with beef chunks.
  4. 4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the kabobs for 10 minutes, turning every 3 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
