Kabobs Ingredients

green peppers, cut into 1" cubes

red peppers, cut into 1" cubes

red onion, cut into 1" cubes

baby yukon potatoes, sliced in half

baby bella mushrooms
Instructions
- Mix olive oil, tamari sauce, worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, and pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the meat with half of the marinade for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Microwave yukon potatoes with water for 7 minutes until slightly cooked.
- Assemble kabobs by alternating peppers, onion, meat, potatoes, and mushrooms on skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium high heat (375-400°F) and clean the grates.
- Grill the kabobs for 3-4 minutes on each side, basting with the reserved marinade.
- Let the kabobs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
