Grilled Steak Kabobs

Marinade

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the beef into 1-1½ inch cubes and the vegetables into similar sizes.
- In a medium bowl, mix garlic, cumin, thyme, oregano, nutmeg, allspice, black pepper, pepper flakes, soy sauce, and olive oil. Reserve some for basting.
- Marinate the beef with half of the marinade and the vegetables with the other half for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grill pan if using.
- Thread the marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating them.
- Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes per side, basting frequently with the reserved marinade until the desired temperature is reached.
- Let the kabobs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
