Ingredients

Marinade

  • cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

Kabobs

  • 2 pounds lean steak (such as sirloin or New York strip), cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or resealable bag and mix well.
  2. Add steak pieces to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
  3. Season the onions and peppers with salt and pepper.
  4. Thread the marinated beef, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
  5. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes on each side until the steak is cooked through and veggies are tender.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
