Steak Kabobs with Garlic Butter

The kabobs

beef sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces

green bell pepper, seeded, cored and diced into 1 inch pieces

red onion cut into 1 inch pieces

The garlic butter

butter

teaspoon
minced garlic

tablespoon
chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
- 2. Thread the beef, mushrooms, green bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
- 3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- 5. In a small pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
- 6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Brush the garlic butter over the grilled kabobs and serve.
