Steak Kabobs with Garlic Butter

Ingredients

The kabobs

  • 1 pound beef sirloin cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded, cored and diced into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 medium red onion cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

The garlic butter

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Thread the beef, mushrooms, green bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers.
  3. 3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Grill the kabobs for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. 5. In a small pan, melt the butter over medium-low heat and add the minced garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Brush the garlic butter over the grilled kabobs and serve.
