Grilled Balsamic Beef Kabobs

Kabobs Ingredients

yellow peppers, cubed

green peppers, cubed

red onion, cubed

whole baby bella mushrooms
Instructions
- Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, rosemary, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Reserve ⅓ cup of the marinade.
- Add the beef to the bowl and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Assemble the kabobs by alternating yellow pepper, green pepper, red onion, meat, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms on skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F) and clean the grill grates.
- Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until charred. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with the reserved marinade.
