Coconut Cream Pie French Toast

Instructions
- Whisk together coconut milk, almond milk, vanilla extract, sugar, agave nectar, sea salt, and eggs in a large bowl.
- Arrange bread in a shallow dish and pour the mixture over it, letting it soak for 5-10 minutes before flipping to soak the other side.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C) the next day.
- Heat butter or coconut oil in a pan and sprinkle raw sugar on top of the bread slices.
- Cook the bread sugar side down for about 5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and sugar the top side.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and puffed up.
- Serve with coconut whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes, and maple syrup.
