Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, celery, carrots, salt, and pepper; cook until fragrant and onion is translucent.
- Stir in lentils to coat evenly.
- Add salted herbs, organic seasoning, bay leaves, and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, partly covered, for about 25 minutes until lentils are tender.
- Add cooked cabbage and heat through.
