Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Boil water with salt, add pasta, and cook until al dente, then drain.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until browned, then remove garlic.
- Add sausage to the pan and cook until starting to brown, then add crushed and diced tomatoes, sugar, basil, oregano, and seasonings, simmering for 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, add cubed mozzarella, Parmesan, and red chili flakes, then mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish, top with sliced mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until lightly browned and hot, then garnish with parsley before serving.
