Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F.
- Cook the pasta in lightly salted boiling water until just al dente, then drain.

- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 30 seconds.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, salt, and pepper, then simmer for 15 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, heavy cream, Parmesan, and basil, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Top with mozzarella and bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
