Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 10-inch skillet.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, chives, jalapeno, and salt.
- Whisk in the milk, buttermilk, and lightly beaten eggs until well combined.
- Add the melted butter and mix until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared skillet.
- Bake for about 18-20 minutes until light golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
