Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1-3 tablespoons plant-based milk

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, oat flour, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until combined.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture and stir well.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and adjust the consistency with plant-based milk as needed.
  5. Store in the fridge if not eating right away.
