Cauliflower Salad

Instructions
- Steam the cauliflower for 5 minutes and drain on paper towels to cool slightly.
- In a small food processor or blender, combine mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, cream, broth, and chipotle chile pepper, and process until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the cooled cauliflower, tomatoes, cheese, and basil, then toss with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
