Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale, stemmed and torn
  • 1 piece banana, peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple, cubed
  • 1 heaping tablespoon almond (or nut) butter
  • ½ cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in an upright blender.
  2. Process until liquified.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk slowly while blending.
  4. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
