Spinach Artichoke Wonton Bites

The wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, misting it with cooking spray.
- Mist a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook the spinach until wilted, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Transfer the spinach and garlic to a mixing bowl and combine with cream cheese, sour cream, Mozzarella, artichoke hearts, Parmesan, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Prepare a small dish of water. Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, scoop a tablespoon of the filling into the center, and wet the edges with water.
- Gather the corners of the wrapper to the center and seal the edges tightly. Place the sealed wonton on the baking sheet.
- Repeat the process to make 20 wonton bites, mist the tops with cooking spray, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
