Cheesy Spinach Dip Wonton Cups

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Thaw the spinach and remove excess water.
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach with softened cream cheese, Dijon mustard, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and place the wonton wrappers in the cups.
- Fill each wonton cup with about 2 tablespoons of the spinach dip mixture.
- Garnish with extra Parmesan and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Bake in the oven for 10-11 minutes until the edges are crunchy.
