Cheesy Spinach Dip

Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add mushrooms and spinach, stirring until spinach wilts.
- 2. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip or mayo, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and white pepper, mixing until well blended.
- 4. Stir in the cooked mushrooms and spinach.
- 5. Add 1½ cups of mozzarella cheese and mix well.
- 6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella cheese.
- 7. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
