Spinach Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Slice the top portion of the bread roll and remove the inside; set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until soft, about 2-3 minutes, then set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well mixed.
- Stir in the thawed spinach and the onion mixture, then add mozzarella and parmesan cheese, mixing thoroughly.
- Season with Worcestershire sauce, Creole seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Spoon the spinach dip into the prepared rolls and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake on a tray for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is heated through.
