Spinach Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the garlic, spinach, grated parmesan cheese, sea salt, and black pepper to the mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a square baking dish or cast iron skillet, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the dip, covering it completely.
- Bake spinach dip for 20-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is hot.
- Remove from the oven, and let the dip cool for a few minutes before serving.
