Hot Spinach Dip

Instructions
- 1. Steam or sauté the spinach until wilted, then let it cool and wring out excess water before coarsely chopping it.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a small baking dish or skillet with cooking spray.
- 3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cooked spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese, stirring until well mixed.
- 4. Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- 5. Bake for 20 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted, then broil for 2-3 minutes until the cheese starts to brown.
- 6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with bread, crackers, and vegetables.
