Spinach Artichoke Dip Wonton Bites

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cook frozen spinach in a saucepan with water until thawed and cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
- In a bowl, combine spinach with cream cheese, mozzarella, artichoke, water chestnuts, green onion, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, and salt. Mix well.
- Spray a mini cupcake pan with cooking spray and place a wonton wrapper in each muffin hole, pressing it down.
- Fill each wonton wrapper with one tablespoon of the spinach artichoke mixture.
- Top each wonton cup with two quartered cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are slightly browned.
- Serve warm.
