Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease an 8×8 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas and whisk in the eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until mixed.
- Fold in half of the walnuts and half of the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and top with the remaining walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Bake for 45 minutes and let cool slightly before serving.
