Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine, chopped
  • ΒΌ cup greek yogurt caesar dressing
  • β…“ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • β…“ cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • β…“ cup dried cranberries
  • a pinch flaky sea salt
  • to taste freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss the chopped romaine with the greek yogurt caesar dressing.
  2. Divide the salad between two bowls.
  3. Top each salad with the remaining toppings.
  4. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
