For the blue cheese dressing

Instructions
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then slice it in half lengthwise.
- Oil the grill grates and preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush oil on both cut sides and back sides of the romaine halves.
- Grill the romaine for 2-3 minutes on each side until grill marks form.
- Transfer the grilled romaine to a platter.
- Divide the blue cheese dressing and toppings between the salads.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, black pepper, and drizzle with finishing olive oil if desired.
- For the blue cheese dressing, mash the blue cheese with buttermilk and sour cream until combined.
- Stir in mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, hot sauce, garlic powder, and sugar, seasoning to taste.
