Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped Romaine, Butter or Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced (or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes)
  • 5 slices cooked center cut bacon
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
  • to taste chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chopped lettuce on a large platter.
  2. Top the lettuce with diced tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and blue cheese.
  3. Serve with the blue cheese dressing on the side.
  4. Garnish with chopped chives.
