Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 8 slices Cooked bacon (chopped)
  • 2 cups Grape tomatoes (halved or diced)
  • ½ cup Red onions (diced)
  • 8 oz Blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 ½ cups Blue cheese dressing
  • to taste none Fresh cracked black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges.
  2. Arrange the wedges on serving plates.
  3. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over each wedge.
  4. Top each wedge with bacon, tomatoes, red onions, and blue cheese crumbles.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper if desired.
