Classic Wedge Salad

bleu cheese dressing
Instructions
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges by halving it and then halving the halves.
- Remove the stem from the bottom of each wedge.
- Place the wedges on plates along with halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion.
- Top with bleu cheese dressing, bacon bits, bleu cheese crumbles, and chopped parsley.
